Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the delicate form of the products, all orders are firm sale and we cannot accept any returns.
In the event that an order arrived damaged or there is any dissatisfaction with the product quality please let us know by email within 5 working days of receiving the delivery.

Damaged Delivery​

We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order, for any reason, arrived damaged, please let us know straight away so we can help you solve the problem.
We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items, and in some cases additional compensation.
Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send them together with other relevant information about the claim to tomelnick.shop@gmail.com.
Remember to also state your order number in the e-mail.
